I will make your voice heard. I have the courage to stand up for our rights.
Together, we will bring forth strong legislation, to enhance our quality of life in Westchester County.
The County of Westchester has spun out of control, due to being the Highest Taxed County in America and also being the highest spending County in New York State, Per Capita. The voice has been taken away from the people. It is my intention to restore the voice to the people and protect our Constitutional rights; which our Country stands for. Delfim Heusler announces that he will continue running as a Write-In for Westchester County Legislator in the 15th District after falling just short of making the ballot on the Integrity Party Line.
Heusler thanks all the voters who signed his petition, also he thanks his team of petition carriers and he also thanks Darren Johnson and the Integrity Party for their support. Heusler believes in the ideals of the Integrity Party. Heusler will continue his race as a Write-In Candidate and will fight for every vote that he can obtain. Heusler believes that no elected official in the highest taxed County in America, should go unchallenged. Heusler states I am not a career
politician, Heusler further states that he has always fought for
change as a community and political activist. Heusler will give this race, everything he has.
The issues that Heusler will bring up in his Write-in Candidacy for Westchester County Legislator in the 15th District will be:
1. Lower Taxes in the highest Taxed County in the nation.
2. Ethics Reform.
3. Term Limits for County Legislators.
4. Reforming Westchester County Government. Looking at the efficiency of Westchester County Government.
5. Looking at Westchester County’s Budget Priorities.
6. Campaign Finance Reform.
7. Town Hall Meetings, to better inform the public.
8. The formation of a Non-Partisian Budget Commission to look at the County’s Budget.
9. Promoting and Advocating for a study to look at our Westchester County Government and also potentially looking at different alternatives to this County Government as well.
10. Heusler Believes in Initiative and Referendum. If Elected,
Heusler will take a voluntary Pay Cut of his County Board of Salary, as a sign to taxpayers, that he cares about their plight. Also Heusler will continue to be a fighter for victims of Domestic Violence and Child Abuse.
